Our Cancellation and Refund Policy...

If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, this can be done at anytime up to 10 days prior to the specified date of delivery/collection. For example, if you have ordered a turkey to be collected on Christmas Eve then you must have cancelled the order by the 14th December. A full refund of any deposit will then be issued within 48 hours.

If an order is cancelled after this time, we will deduct an administration fee of £20 from any refund.

At Stoke Farms Ltd, we pride ourselves in producing top quality produce and want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. We ask that you check your order on delivery / collection and, if for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your goods, please contact us immediately giving us the opportunity to rectify any issues.

Due to the perishable nature of our fresh produce, we cannot accept any returns unless deemed faulty and returned the same day as collection/delivery.


We are taking every precaution to mitigate our chances of our turkeys contracting this terrible disease but by the nature of it being highly contagious and carried by wild birds, we can make no guarantees.

Our turkeys are continually checked and we have never previously been infected by the disease however, the spread of the flu is 6 weeks earlier than in 2021, which was the worst the country had ever seen.

In the unlikely event that our turkeys do contract bird flu, we will contact every customer immediately and of course refund any deposits that have been paid, as we will be unable to honour orders taken. This is the very worst case scenario and would be devasting to our business and of course to our valued customers which is why we will continue to take every precaution possible to avoid an outbreak.
