Take the number of people you want to feed and divide by 2. This will give you the oven-ready weight in kilograms.
Remember to add a bit extra if you are planning cold turkey, turkey sandwiches or turkey curry later on!
A turkey crown encompasses the breast and wings of the bird still attached to the bone with the legs and thighs removed. The legs and thighs will be separately packaged for even more delicious cooking and eating!
A crown is perfect if you have fewer people to feed or guests who all like white meat.
The other advantages to a crown are that it will cook quickly and should fit in any oven – and your roasting tin.
All customers will be required to pay a deposit of £45 when placing their order and this will be deducted from the final balance on collection from Moat Farm.
When paying the balance on collection, we accept credit cards, debit cards or cash.
