For those who want something a little smaller we have our bronze crowns, a portioned turkey into crown, thighs, wings and gibblets. Crowns retain all their flavour and are easy to carve, each crown arrives boxed with the thighs, giblets, herbs, recipe leaflet.

Please note, you pay just a £45.00 deposit to secure your Turkey Crown. You then pay the remaining balance by card or cash when you collect your Christmas Turkey Crown from us.

Allow for approximately 250 grams per portion. IMPORTANT NOTICE: The ordering system is by crown weight, for instance, if you order a 2.5 kg crown, you will receive a turkey, which will be approximately 4 kg in weight. This is will come pre-portioned as a 2.5 kg crown plus 1.5 kg of thighs, wings and giblets. The advantage of ordering a crown is that it is quicker to cook, easier to carve and takes up less space in the oven leaving you with more room for pigs in blankets and vegetables.
